About The Position
The position involves providing comprehensive care to rehabilitation patients, addressing their physical, psycho-social, and spiritual needs. The nurse is responsible for gathering necessary data, monitoring patient conditions, and incorporating cultural and ethnic factors into care approaches. The role requires assessing patients according to rehabilitation nursing standards, developing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. The nurse will also engage in case management, ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team, and safely administering medications while monitoring patient responses. Emergency care, patient rights, and educational needs are also key components of the role.
