RN (Registered Nurse) - Per Diem, Part-Time, Full-Time

We are currently seeking motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) for Part-Time, and Full-Time positions. As an RN with Empro Staffing , you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts, enabling you to balance your professional commitment with personal needs while contributing to high-quality patient care across multiple healthcare settings. This role is ideal for RNs looking for a more adaptable work schedule and the opportunity to gain experience in various clinical environments. Recent graduate RNs are welcome! Hourly Rate: $55 OT & Holiday Rate: $82.5 Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit
Requirements
- Current and valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Strong patient assessment and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to different healthcare environments and patient needs.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across various healthcare settings, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and post-discharge instructions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary based on clinical evaluations.
- Participate in professional development and training to maintain clinical competency and stay updated on best practices.
- Adapt to fluctuating patient care needs and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling.
