Requirements
- BA/BS/BSN required
- Active New Jersey RN License required
- Minimum 1 year of bedside nursing experience in Acute Care or Rehab
- BLS required
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with patients and families
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with healthcare systems
Nice To Haves
- Prior Critical Care experience preferred
- Previous hospital experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within scope of practice in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards
- Ensure patient safety by recognizing limitations and seeking resources when needed
- Delegate tasks appropriately and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Set priorities and evaluate patient outcomes through evidence-based interventions
- Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement individualized care plans
