About The Position
NHC Clinton, located in the South Carolina upstate and a short drive from Greenville, has a need for a day and night shift Nurse. This beautiful 131 bed skilled nursing facility is looking for the RN with a positive attitude, dependable and punctual and a quick learner with electronic documentation.
Responsibilities
- working with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care
- maintaining open and ongoing communication with patients and families
- assuring that appropriate nursing care is being provided
- assisting with meds and treatments as needed
- other patient care duties as assigned
