Hourly Rate: $48 - $53 Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit
Requirements
- Current and valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical environment.
- Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, focusing on patient-centered care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients to identify healthcare needs and establish care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and care processes.
- Document all patient care activities, assessments, and treatment in electronic health records accurately.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to maintain nursing competencies.
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families in various healthcare settings.
