Requirements

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• 2+ years of professional nursing experience in a long-term care setting
• Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing priorities
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and delivering compassionate care

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth administration of medications
• Conducting thorough nurse assessments
• Overseeing and directing the nursing team on your unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Managing administrative duties such as charting, documentation, and staff scheduling
• Mentoring and supporting nursing assistants
• Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while upholding the highest standards of quality care
