About The Position

Vibra Healthcare is seeking full-time Registered Nurses for the day shift, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a new Clinical Career Ladder for professional growth with eligible pay increases. Vibra Hospital of Northern California, located in Redding, CA, is a 50-bed Critical Care Hospital and a 32-bed SNF. It provides long-term acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries, including those requiring critical care for conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. As a specialized hospital, it offers a fast-paced and friendly work environment where staff can build strong relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements

  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required
  • Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire
  • Ability to project a professional image
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions
  • Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace

Nice To Haves

  • Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred
