About The Position

RN/Registered Nurse PRN III, NICU Better+Together Work location: 4400 Long Prairie Rd., Flower Mound, TX 75028 Work hours: PRN, Nights. PRN III requires you to work 6 shifts (2 call shifts) per 6-week schedule with 2 weekend shifts and 1 major/2 minor holiday shifts. Requirements

• Nursing Diploma Nursing Required
• Associate's Degree Nursing Required
• 1 Year clinical nursing experience Required
• RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required
• STABLE Program within 90 days Required
• NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days Required
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Required
• A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
• 1 year of NICU experience is highly preferred
