Emplify Health by Gundersen is hiring a part-time Hospital Float Pool RN in La Crosse, WI! This is a unique opportunity to expand your nursing skills across multiple specialties while enjoying variety and flexibility in your day-to-day work. What You’ll Will Work: Variety of hours/shifts available: 64 hours per two weeks = 0.8 FTE; 8-hour rotating day (630-1500) and pm’s (1430-2300) shifts; every other weekend; three holidays per year Questions? Self-schedule a time to chat with a nurse recruiter. What You’ll Do: Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care—LOVE + MEDICINE—to individuals throughout our hospital. Gain hands‑on experience across a variety of clinical settings, including: medical-surgical critical care inpatient behavioral health Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, clinicians, therapists, social workers, and CNAs to support high‑quality patient care. Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing
- RN licensure to practice in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)
