About The Position
Pawtucket Falls is looking for compassionate and dedicated full-time and part-time Registered Nurses (RN) to join their care team. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents while working in a supportive and professional environment. Shift differentials are offered: $0.40 for 2nd and 3rd shifts, $0.40 when working the TCU unit (all shifts), $1.00 for weekend day shift, and $1.40 for 2nd and 3rd weekend shifts.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Rhode Island
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Educate and support residents and their families
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
