About The Position
Sono Bello is currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our team! We are a fast-paced small surgery center that provides our team members advantages that most other medical facilities don't. As a Registered Nurse, the bulk of your duties will involve post-operative patient assessments. This role requires extensive experience in customer service, as well as the ability to listen to patient concerns and de-escalate situations in real time. You will be responsible for wound care when necessary and must report any complications to the surgeon and management. Attention to detail and organization are crucial, as you will be responsible for quality control of charting, patient experience, and quarterly drills. Additionally, you will manage physician peer reviews and conduct post-operative check-ins with patients via phone prior to their follow-up appointments. You will partner with the clinical manager in reportable incidents, manage AAAHC accreditation, and oversee the daily duties of clinical staff. It is required that you spend at least one day a month in the operating room with the surgeon to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the entire patient experience. This role encompasses the full patient experience, including pre-procedure, intra-procedure, medication administration, and post-procedure care.
