Requirements

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• New graduate nurses and RNs with less than 6 months of hospital (acute care) experience.
• Active Florida RN license or Multi-State RN license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact or NCLEX Authorization to Test (ATT).
• Active American Heart Association CPR/BLS - Healthcare Provider card.

Nice To Haves

• Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting (not required but preferred).

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Nurse Residency Program for new graduate nurses.
• Work in various units as assigned based on availability and interest.
• Complete all required training and orientation for the Nurse Residency Program.
