About The Position

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse to join our travel team in Greeley, CO. This full-time travel contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing care to patients recovering from anesthesia. The role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and involves working 20 hours per week during day shifts.

Requirements

• Active Colorado Registered Nurse license.
• 2+ years of experience in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) nursing.
• Experience in Pre-Op, Perioperative, and Ambulatory Care settings.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgical procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition post-surgery.
• Administer medications and manage pain relief as prescribed.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about post-operative care and recovery processes.
