Requirements

• Bachelor's of Nursing Required
• Master's of Nursing Preferred
• 1 plus year of leadership or management experience
• 1 plus acute care experience
• CPR Cert (BLS) required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) required
• Registered Nurse (RN) Required

Nice To Haves

• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) preferred
• Certified Post-Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and support within the nursing career pathway and profession.
• Collaborates with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to inform and monitor patient treatment plans.
• Manages and updates patient records and documentation.
• Plans and delivers competent, compassionate, and cost-effective nursing care.
• Assesses and evaluates care post delivery.
• Provides physical and psychological support to patients and their families.
• Complies with organizational policies, procedures and standards.
