Requirements

• Bachelor's of Nursing Required Master's of Nursing.
• One plus year of leadership or management experience.
• One plus acute care experience.
• 2 leadership experience.
• CPR Cert (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS).
• Registered Nurse (RN) Required Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR).
• Certified Post-Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN).

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and support within the nursing career pathway and profession.
• Collaborates with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to inform and monitor patient treatment plans.
• Manages and updates patient records and documentation.
• Plans and delivers competent, compassionate, and cost-effective nursing care.
• Assesses and evaluates nursing care post delivery.
• Provides physical and psychological support to patients and their families.
• Complies with organizational policies, procedures and standards.
