Requirements

  • Current RN licensure in the state of MA in good standing.
  • BSN is strongly preferred; candidates with an Associate's degree in nursing may be considered.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in telemetry or intermediate care setting is preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
  • ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care to adult acute care patients with a variety of diagnoses and co-morbidities.
  • Administer chemotherapy and manage oncology/hematology patients.
  • Monitor patients closely with a nurse:patient ratio that allows for more individualized care.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
