About The Position

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our travel team in Murrieta, CA. This full-time travel contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while providing critical care to newborns in need. The role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and involves working 36 hours per week on a 3×12 night shift schedule.

Requirements

• Active CA Neonatal Intensive Care-NICU license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with advanced neonatal life support (NALS).
• Certification in neonatal intensive care nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate families on care procedures and health management for their newborns.
