Join Texas Health as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit. This position is PRN II, requiring a minimum of three 12-hour shifts within a six-week schedule, including one weekend shift and one major and one minor holiday shift per year. The work hours are night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. The Labor & Delivery Department is part of the Center for Women and Infants, recognized as a mother-friendly and Texas 10-step facility, providing acute care from admission to discharge in the LDRP setting. The department has a Level I Maternal designation and offers self-scheduling to promote work/life balance, along with opportunities for educational and career growth. The unit handles up to 35 deliveries a month, allowing nurses to catch babies and recover both mothers and infants.
