We are immediately hiring a full-time RN Registered Nurse, which includes a $5,000 sign on bonus (signing bonus is prorated if hired Part time) Territory: North King County (North Seattle and suburbs through Shoreline). As a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include: Evaluating the patient and home health environment to determine required services, completing timely OASIS documentation as required. Developing and implementing a patient-centered care plan in collaboration with the patient and/or caregivers. You’ll use all your nursing skills including wound care, catheter care, disease process education, and teaching on medication, among others. As part of this position, you will be on rotation for weekend on-call, triaging and addressing after-hours nursing needs if necessary. On-call weekends are generously compensated.

Requirements

  • An active Registered Nurse in good standing within the state of Washington.
  • You must also have a reliable car with current insurance coverage and a current driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Recent home health experience and proficiency in Medicare OASIS E is a plus, but we provide training and mentoring for strong candidates at all experience levels.
