About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with OASIS E , be confident performing Start of Care (SOC) visits, and be well versed in Medicare home health guidelines.
Requirements
- Active Florida RN license
- OASIS E experience required
- Comfortable completing Start of Care (SOC) visits
- Solid understanding of Medicare documentation and regulations
- Level 2 Background Screening (fingerprints) required
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation for field visits
- Strong communication, organization, and assessment skills
- One year of Home Health experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge assessments
- Document accurately in compliance with OASIS E and Medicare standards
- Deliver high quality skilled nursing care in the patient’s home
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
- Travel within the Riverview, Sun City, Ruskin, and Apollo Beach areas
