In this prn/casual position you will be required to have flexibility and availability to pick up visits through the week and on weekend days. At times this may be with short notice. You will need to pick up at least 12 points per month when there are visits available and work 2 holidays per year. You will also maintain required education, in-services and competencies. As a Home Care RN, you will deliver exceptional nursing care to clients in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest standard of medical attention and support. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client's needs. You will follow physician's orders and work under the guidance and supervision of a Clinical Supervisor to ensure all medical protocols and care plans are meticulously followed. Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families, you will offer not only medical care but also emotional support and reassurance during their health journeys.
