About The Position

Seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as an ambulatory care supervisor for Essentia Health's family practices at our 52nd Avenue Clinic in Fargo and The Lights Clinic in West Fargo. This RN works 7:45 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and is salaried. No weekends or holidays are required. Responsible for direct nursing leadership, nursing staff development, patient care, and patient advocacy. This individual may perform RN duties to skillfully assess the patient’s health and respond to interventions, provide treatments, and offer education and counseling that lead to improvement of the patient/family’s self-management skills. Supports continuous quality improvement efforts in order to achieve high quality and ongoing progress in all areas of care and service. Requirements

  • BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
  • Current RN license with the North Dakota State Board of Nursing upon hire.
  • Minnesota RN license required within 3 months of hire.
  • AHA Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 3 months of hire.
  • 2 year’s nursing experience in related specialty, ambulatory setting, or community health with demonstrated leadership ability required.
