Requirements

• Associate’s in Nursing – Required
• Registered Nurse License - Required
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s in Nursing - Preferred
• 1+ acute care hospital experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to groups of patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Deliver patient-centered care by collaborating with physicians, patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor patient responses, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Supervise and teach other personnel in the theory and performance of nursing acts, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Maintain high standards of care, promote wellness, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the healthcare team.
