We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system. Enterprise Pool 2: Base rate + $6.75/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials Assigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone. Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area PRN roles are eligible for an additional 15% differential Schedule hours that fit your needs and work/life balance including partial shifts Opportunity to float to several Magnet-designated hospitals and a variety of units, specialties, and leaders to find your true passions and further your career Managed by compassionate, empathic leaders whose primary goal is supporting you Live and work in some of the most beautiful locations in Kansas

Requirements

RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact,
Colorado Only: RNs working in Colorado under a multi-state license must obtain their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency, i.e., drivers license, register to vote, etc. Compact to Compact. Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
BLS from the American Heart Association required
Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area
