About The Position
CommuniCare Health Services is currently recruiting an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse, BSN preferred, for the position of Regional Director of Clinical Operations. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in Nursing Consulting and Long Term Care. Experience as a DON is preferred. The Regional Director of Clinical Operations is a key management position whose responsibilities will include evaluating facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care, visiting facilities weekly for intervention, audit and training, training new nursing management, monitoring readiness for State Survey and assisting during surveys, and aiding in the Plan of Correction process.
