On our team, you will provide stellar care to patients assigned to your unit. Featuring 27 beds, the Rapid Observation Unit at Fairview Hospital provides an alternative care option to discharge or hospital admission for patients 18 years of age or older, who may benefit from extended care. Located at 5 South of Fairview Hospital’s main building, the Rapid Observation Unit is a fast-paced unit that provides relationship-based, compassionate care for our patients. By joining this team as an RN, you will deliver exceptional care throughout the patient care journey. In this role, you will interact directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education as needed. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of professional Nursing (ADN or BSN program)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience
