About The Position
The RN Navigator at Clovis Community Medical Center plays a crucial role in patient advocacy, education, and counseling within a multidisciplinary team. This position is responsible for ensuring that the assigned patient population receives quality and comprehensive services, coordinating care throughout the continuum, and serving as a clinical resource with expertise in their specialty area. The RN Navigator also acts as a liaison within the hospital system and the community, providing expert nursing care that includes direct clinical practice, consultation, education, and research.
