Job Description Summary: The Radiation Oncology nurse works under the supervision of the Manager of Radiation Oncology and Radiation Oncologists. The Registered Nurse's primary job function is to perform patient assessments, data collection, patient/family education, community education, address disparities and barriers to care for patients, coordination of resources and assist physicians in examinations. We are a large team of 40+ professionals, including nurses, radiation therapists, medical dosimetrists, physicists and doctors. We are one of the busiest Radiation Oncology hubs in central Ohio with a lot of opportunities to grow your skills in the exciting world of Oncology. Our team boasts exceptional quality of care and patient experience to our patients. We offer comprehensive radiation oncology services to our patients from their consultation to scanning, planning and delivering high level personalized treatments thanks to our cutting edge equipment.
