About The Position
Providence at Home is a growing division of Providence Life Services, which provides a continuum of healthcare, focused on senior living. Providence Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Quality Improvement Coordinator in Homer Glen, IL. Expected position hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM, exempt/salaried. This position reports directly to the VP of Home and Community Based Services for Providence at Home and will be based out of the Homer Glen office (even though responsibilities extend to Indiana as well). The position aids in the oversight of quality programs for the entire Home and Community Based Services division, which includes Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty in both Illinois and Indiana.
