Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Valid NJ RN License required.
• BLS from AHA required.
• At least 1 year relevant work experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 2-4 years of relevant experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care.
• Assuming responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team.
• Coordinating patient care and communicating extensively with other members of the healthcare team, patients, and/or patient's family or significant other(s).
• Maintaining and demonstrating high standards of professional ethics.
