Analyzes, interprets, and integrates clinical and operational data to improve outcomes for patients undergoing cellular therapy. Uses data to support evidence‑based clinical decision‑making and to advance program quality, compliance, and strategic initiatives. Coordinates, develops, and delivers education and training programs for the cellular therapy team. This includes onboarding new staff and providing ongoing competency‑based education to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, best practices, and organizational policies This position plays a key role in advancing the goals of the cellular therapy program by establishing strong collaborative relationships with clinical and non‑clinical partners. The role supports high‑quality patient care through clinical activities, data analysis, and the application of evidence‑based practices specific to stem cell transplant and cellular therapy. The individual will maintain working knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards governing cellular therapy data collection and documentation. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing feedback from stakeholders, synthesizing findings, and communicating results to support program improvement. The role assists in evaluating risks, benefits, and alternative approaches to guide clinical and operational decision‑making. A strong clinical background is essential, along with the ability to educate staff effectively and communicate clearly—both verbally and in writing. The position requires independence in planning and prioritizing workload, adaptability within a rapidly evolving cellular therapy environment, and strong relationship building, time‑management, and interpersonal skills. The individual must be able to build, manage, and maintain productive working relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners, demonstrating effective conflict‑resolution and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency with computer software, professionalism, and accountability to departmental and organizational goals are expected. Additional duties may be assigned to support program needs.
