About The Position

Rock House, a leader in residential, foster, and in-home support and care for persons with disaiblities is seeking a professional RN to manage the planning, direction, coordination, and supervision of healthcare delivery services in our Eastland location. We have eight residential group homes in Eastland. This position will manage, review, and analyze program operations, personnel, budget, and departmental and facility functioning. Will include policy and procedure administration; maintaining license and certification requirements; liaison coordination with other medical, business, and community groups. Additionally, it will include monitoring on-going medical needs of residents in group home settings, developing healthcare plans, and medical delegation of staff who supervise medication dispensation.

Requirements

• Current license as RN in the State of Texas
• On-call capabilities (primarily triaging by phone after hours)
• Computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership, team development, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• IDD nursing experience helpful
• 2-3 years management experience preferred
