Position Overview SUMMARY (BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB) Oversees implementation and integration of national standards and evidence based clinical practice guidelines in the care of patients for specific campus. Reviews and evaluates the program's compliance with the use of clinical practice guidelines and outcomes measurements to improve care on a continuous basis. Establishes collaborative working relationships. Facilitates development and implementation of education for patients and families. Develops educational plans and competency assessments.
