Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a full-time RN, Professional Development Nurse (Nurse Educator) to join a dynamic group of healthcare workers dedicated to enriching the lives of patients, families, and staff on our Medical Oncology Unit. Responsible for system projects and programs, and will work closely with several great teams: Inpatient Medical Oncology leadership team (Director, Operational Manager, Clinical Nurse Leader, & Quality Nurse) L arge group of 40+ Professional Development Nurses Emplify Health is comprised of two of the Midwest’s most respected healthcare systems, Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Master’s degree in Nursing required within 5 years
- 3-4 years RN experience or equivalent required
- Medical Oncology/Medical Surgical nursing experience required
- RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin
- Basic Life Support CPR for Health Care Providers
Responsibilities
- Support nursing education, competency, orientation, and professional development for RNs and CNAs in the Medical Oncology Unit.
