About The Position
We are looking for an experienced RN leader to manage the team at the Sun City location. This role leads daily operations, supervises the clinical team, and ensures high-quality patient care across outpatient procedural services. The manager oversees 15–18 RNs, scrub techs, and MAs, supported by an RN Lead and site lead. This is primarily an administrative leadership role with occasional clinical support as needed.
Requirements
- BSN required; current RN license
- 1–2 years relevant clinical experience; leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage the team
- Willingness to travel to multiple clinic locations
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and clinical workflows
- Lead and mentor clinical staff; oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Support perioperative services, pre/post-op workflows, sterile processing, and sedation services
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, staffing, metrics, and process improvement
- Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and operational planning
