About The Position

Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Rhode Island
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Educate and support residents and their families
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
Benefits
- Shift Diff: $0.40 for 2nd and third shift
- Shift Diff: $0.40 when they work TCU unit (all shifts)
- Shift Diff: $1.00 weekend day shift
- Shift Diff: $1.40 for 2nd and 3rd shift
