About The Position

Salary $45 hourly and/ or $75 per assessment. Your Role: Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans. Administer medications and provide targeted interventions. Update care plans to track progress and document client outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare providers for seamless care delivery. What We’re Looking For: Graduate of an accredited nursing school. Current RN license in Massachusetts BLS certification. Knowledge of safety and infection control practices. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
  • Current RN license in Massachusetts
