As a PRN RN, you will have the flexibility to make your own schedule and pick up shifts that work for you. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. You will collaborate with residents, families, and other interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. This role includes caring for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment, as well as coordinating care and providing resident education.
