It is a dynamic health care resource accredited by the DNV, comprising two hospitals, an outpatient center, a satellite ED, and an extensive network of primary and specialty care. The Capital Health Medical Group includes over 600 physicians and providers. This position is part of Capital Health's Patient Care Services PRN Program for RNs, a market-based compensation program designed to attract qualified PRN nurses by recognizing national certification and rewarding staff for working difficult-to-staff shifts. PRN staff are required to work three holidays (one winter, one summer, and one difficult-to-staff) and will be included in the on-call rotation in affected areas. A "Per Schedule" is defined as a six-week pay period according to the scheduling system.
