About The Position

The RN identifies patient needs and priorities for care through assessment. The RN plans and delegates care based on patient needs. The RN evaluates the patient’s response to care and the attainment of or progress toward expected outcomes. The RN is accountable for outcomes of patient care delivered during the assigned shift. Seasonal PRN. Must work fulltime hours October through February. March through May & August through September must work 24 shifts. OFF for the months of June and July. Holiday requirements will remain in effect with the exception of the holidays in the months of June and July.

Requirements

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing with current Alabama licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of Pediatric experience.
• PALS Certification must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• BLS and PALS must be obtained and/or maintained through Huntsville Hospital's Corporate University.

Responsibilities
