About The Position
Maxim Healthcare in Tri-Cities, TN is hiring for a Registered Nurse to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. This position offers a sign-on bonus and competitive pay with weekly paychecks. The role involves utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to clients receiving contracted services. The Registered Nurse will initiate the plan of care, incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions, and intervene as necessary in response to changes in patient/client conditions. The nurse will also administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor and document the effectiveness of interventions, and review the plan of care for healthcare teaching and education needs.
