About The Position
Maxim Healthcare in San Antonio is hiring for a Registered Nurse to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. The position requires G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator experience, although select training is offered. The role involves utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to clients receiving contracted services. The nurse will initiate the plan of care when directed and request any necessary revisions from the prescriber as patient status and needs change. Additionally, the nurse will incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals.
