Requirements
- NYS RN License (required)
- 2+ years of nursing experience
- A heart for seniors and a desire to make a difference every day.
Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain the health of participants through teaching, counseling, and preventive care.
- Assess health needs and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Provide hands-on nursing care and support.
- Supervise daily nursing activities, including care provided by home health aides.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations.
