Cleveland Clinic specializes in comprehensive surgical services for patients of all ages. With a focus on advanced technology, the Mentor Hospital Pre-Op and Operating Rooms provide the opportunity to gain valuable experience while helping facilitate the best healthcare experience possible. As an RN in this unit, you will help ensure patients have the care they need quickly. All the while, your fellow caregivers will assist you, offering a cohesive, encouraging and constructive front to enhance the patient's experience and your skills as a nurse. A caregiver in this position works from 5:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. OR 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Must have the ability to float to Hillcrest Hospital.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
One year of current acute care RN experience OR military RN experience
