About The Position
This application is for pre-licensure nursing students seeking to complete a student rotation or preceptorship with Baptist Health Care. Applicants must be enrolled in a local pre-licensure nursing program and be completing clinical rotations or a preceptorship through their nursing school. A preceptor who is either employed or credentialed by Baptist Health Care is required before submitting this application. Student opportunities are available at Baptist Hospital, Gulf Breeze Hospital, and Jay Hospital. Upon approval, students will receive onboarding details, with an average processing/approval time of two to four weeks. Baptist Health Care is a not-for-profit health care system in northwest Florida and south Alabama, comprising three hospitals, four medical parks, Andrews Institute for Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine, and an extensive primary and specialty care provider network, employing over 4,000 team members.
Requirements
- Enrolled as a pre-licensure nursing student in a local program
- Completing clinical rotations or a preceptorship through your nursing school
- MUST have a preceptor who is either employed or credentialed by Baptist before completing this application
