RN PPS COORDINATOR (PER DIEM)
About The Position
Valley Health Specialty Hospital is the first orthopedic surgery and inpatient rehabilitation facility in the Las Vegas area. The Valley Health Specialty Hospital is the first of its kind to offer both specialty orthopedics and inpatient rehab in one location. Job Description: Responsible for providing patient care based upon the nursing process; being effectively involved with maintaining the standard of care for assigned patients through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Oversees and guides employees that are under his/her supervision
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- 2-3 years direct patient care in physical rehabilitation preferred
- Current RN license in the State of Nevada
- Credentialed in FIM
- Training in competence in the PAI Software
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Employees hired or transferred after September 1, 2008 will be required to complete the Nurse Career Battery test with a passing score.
Nice To Haves
- CRRN certification preferred
