Logan Health Children's, located in scenic Kalispell, MT, is looking for a Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) to join its team on night shift! Why Logan Health Children’s? Seasonal Position Details: Full-Time work schedule required for no less than 13-week period 15% Premium (Seasonal Premium) Additional night and weekend shift differential pay 401(k) Eligible Fitness center membership discount $1,000 Seasonal Bonus paid after 30 days in position $1,000 Seasonal Bonus paid after 60 days in position $2,000 Seasonal Completion Bonus No Health Benefits offered Seasonal Minimum Qualification: Seasonal RN must have 2 years applicable nursing experience to the unit assigned

Requirements

Current Montana RN license or compact license required
Minimum 2 years of PICU or similar pediatric critical care experience preferred
CPR/BLS certification required (additional unit-specific certifications may be needed)
Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills
Desire to provide care across the pediatric spectrum in a supportive, team-based setting

Responsibilities

Deliver high-acuity, family-centered care in our dedicated PICU
Provide additional support to the broader Pediatric team as needed
Partner with providers and care teams to ensure safe, effective treatment
Use critical thinking, clinical judgment, and clear communication to advocate for young patients
Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence
