About The Position
As a Pre/Post/PACU RN, you’ll provide high-quality nursing care to patients across all ages and acuity levels. You’ll be instrumental in preparing patients for surgery, supporting them through recovery, and ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or ADN)
- Current Montana or compact RN license in good standing
- ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications within 6 months of hire
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of AORN and OSHA standards
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a surgical setting
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care and evaluate patient needs
- Document findings in the EMR and coordinate care plans
- Collaborate with providers and ancillary staff
- Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
