About The Position

Meyer 9 at The Johns Hopkins Hospital is a 22-bed adult medical unit with capacity for 12 patients requiring telemetry. Patient population includes cardiomyopathy patients, heart patients 24 hours post-uncomplicated MI, tracheostomy patients, and patients with GI and liver problems. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-year recent acute Med/Surg/Tele hospital experience
  • Associate degree in nursing from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred. If you do not have a BSN or MSN degree, there is aa requirement to complete the degree within a specific timeframe defined by the Dept. of Nursing
  • Active BLS via AHA, American Red Cross or Military Training Network at time of hire
  • Active Maryland RN or Compact License at time of hire
