Pediatric Rehabilitation - Serving pediatric patients from birth to age 18 with customized age-appropriate treatment of brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, cancer and other medically complex needs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees direct patient care through assessment, intervention and administration of care Compile, compare and record patient care information Delivers direct patient care or appropriate delegates to other team members Attend shift report at beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members Collaborates with clinical services team Communicates effectively with physicians, families and patient SKILLS & ABILITIES: Strong commitment & dedication to Madonna and the patients we serve Friendly, caring and professional demeanor to achieve an excellent patient/customer experience for individuals going through difficult experiences Excellent communication and time management skills Desire to make a difference in the lives of rehabilitation patients and their families EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Active RN license in state of Nebraska CPR certification One year clinical experience preferred Madonna provides a professional work environment free from discrimination and harassment, including sexual harassment.
